Three and one half days gets you in the DEER zone.   Free from the distractions of home and work, you can concentrate on gaining new skills.  You will benefit from peer-to-peer interaction, and get to practice your new skills with the guidance of an experienced coach!

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Renew, refresh, begin - The arrangement conference process that works with the customer you see today.

Today's funeral consumer has a whole new set of concerns.  He often leads with cost and tells you what he doesn't want in the way of funeral service.  He does this because he knows how to talk to you about those two issues...but you know there is more. 

You know funeral service will help his survivors begin their journey through grief in a healthy way.  You need a process that helps you work with the people you see today and assist them in planning a funeral that will meet their family's needs in the future.  DEER is that process.
